Sample terms — owner approval required before launch
Booking and indicative pricing
This is a sales sample. Residences, inventory, service specifications, rates, exchange rates and terms require verification by the owner. An enquiry does not hold dates. Only a written offer and the company’s confirmation create a reservation. Government tourism levy may apply and will be confirmed on your booking.
Seasonal rates and minimum stays
Peak: 1 July–30 September and 20 December–10 January, base ×1.25, minimum five nights. High: June, October and 11 January–31 March, base ×1.00, minimum three nights. Green: 1 April–31 May, base ×0.80, minimum three nights. Short rains: 1 November–19 December, base ×0.90, minimum three nights. A stay touching a peak night requires five nights. Arrival is included; departure is not charged as a night.
Long stays and extra services
Seven to thirteen nights receive a 10% accommodation discount; fourteen or more receive 15%. Discounts do not stack and do not apply to cleaning, add-ons or groceries. Cleaning is charged once per stay, at the residence’s displayed rate. Groceries, drinks and unspecified supplier costs are confirmed separately. Add-on quantities are selected by the guest and confirmed by the host.
Payment and late bookings
Sample deposit: 30% of the displayed total to confirm. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before arrival. For arrival within 30 days, the sample review shows the full total due on confirmation. No payment is taken here. The company will provide verified payment instructions in its offer.
Cancellation
Sample terms: cancellation at least 45 days before arrival receives a full refund of accommodation payments. Cancellation 44–21 days before arrival receives a 50% refund of the accommodation amount paid. Fewer than 21 days before arrival is non-refundable. Supplier extras and transaction charges may have different conditions, which must be disclosed before confirmation.
House rules and occupancy
Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00. No smoking indoors; no events without written agreement; children must be supervised near pools. Declared adults, children and infants must fit the agreed capacity. Michamvi allows up to six adults plus two children by arrangement; other sample homes allow four or six total guests including children. Up to two infants require explicit host approval and do not automatically increase accepted capacity. Pets require prior agreement.
Travel and island conditions
Tides, weather, currents and local conditions affect swimming and excursions. Follow qualified local guidance. Consult official sources for current entry requirements and investigate suitable travel insurance. Travel times, map pins and floor plans are approximate samples.
Privacy and website storage
This sample has no analytics or advertising trackers. Booking details and display preferences are stored in this browser’s sessionStorage to preserve your progress. They are not sent to a company server by this website. WhatsApp and email buttons pass your prepared message to an external app when you choose them. Fonts, Unsplash photographs, CDN scripts and map embeds contact their respective providers, which may process connection information under their own policies. Newsletter details are not transmitted or subscribed automatically. Close the tab or use the restart option to clear the booking state.
